DASHBOARD GUIDE (EN)

As soon as admins have confirmed that you can access the dashboard, please visit it at:
You will use this website to set and manage your branding settings and webhooks.
 

GENERAL INFO

In this section you can customise the branding on the monitors
Group Name
Please enter the name of your group/organisation, it will be set as footer text in the discord monitor pings
HEX Color
In this field you can set the color you want the Discord embed bar to be. Please type a HEX color code without the # in front of it.
You can generate a color code at the following site
Footer image url
Paste in this field the image url of the image/logo you want to have as footer image in the Discord ping.
Please let us know in your ticket if you are unsure how to retrieve an image url
Domain
This is an optional feature - leave the field blank if you don't wish to provide a custom domain
If you do not customise the domain, it will appear in the following way:
https://e.yeet.ai/e59501712
If you do customise the domain, it will be similar to:
https://your.domain.com/e59501712

Changelog Webhook
Another optional field - if you choose to enter a discord webhook url, you will receive weekly changelogs on what monitors were updated & added recently. The changelog message will be fully branded with your previously inputted info.
Click ‘Update Information’ to save the changes.

WEBHOOK TYPE SELECTIONS

Here you are presented with your subscribed monitor categories. However, if you believe there are any categories missing, please contact an admin and they will rectifiy the error for you
 
To set a monitor's webhooks:
  1. Select the monitor category
  1. Select the monitor you want to set a webhook for from the ‘Site Ref’ dropdown menu
  1. Paste the Discord webhook url in the Webhook Url field
  1. Press Submit
  1. (Optional) Click ‘Test’ to send a test ping to the webhook url
 
 
To create a Discord webhook url for a channel:
  1. Open the Discord channel settings
  1. Click ‘Integrations’
  1. Click ‘Create Webhook’
  1. Click ‘Copy Webhook URL’
 
 
Important:
  • All sites without an assigned webhook will be sent in the respective ‘AIO’ channel. By setting a webhook for a website, you “take it out” from the AIO channel. There are some exceptions to this rule such as all Nike/Adidas/Supreme/etc monitors to prevent spam.
  • Type skip in the webhook field to filter out pings for individual sites
  • If you want to add or remove a product, send a message to our admins including the PID or url so that they can add/remove it
  • Not all monitored sites are listed in the dashboard, many lowkey sites are missing and they notify in the AIO channel by default
  • If you want to set a webhook for a site not present in the dashboard or want to filter pings for a specific region, please tell us in your ticket and an admin will assist you
