Here you will learn how to setup a custom domain for your monitors. Please be aware that it is an optional feature.
If you do not customise the domain, it will appear in the following way:

https://your.domain.com/e59501712Motivations for using a custom domain:
- Reducing leaks from your group as all links will point to your domain and are very easily recognisable
- Increases monitor customisability and strengthens your overall branding
- Helps us to identify and prohibit those who try to steal our monitors
Setting up your custom domain is very easy and takes only a few minutes:
1 - Go on our dashboard at https://monitors.yeet.ai/ and type your domain/host without the “https:// part”
- Example:
sushi.marco.io
2 - Add the dns record on your dns provider
- The type must be CNAME
- The record must point/have as value
e.yeet.ai
- Set as Name/Hostname the subdomain you want to use
- Example: if we wanted to use
sushi.marco.io, you should setsushias Name/Hostname - ATTENTION: you must use a subdomain that is not already being used
- Adding a DNS record is usually quick & simple; here are guides on how to add it for the most popular DNS providers
You must own the domain you want to use. If you don't have one, you can purchase one cheaply @ www.namecheap.com
